At Heather Mountain Lodge, we are proud to provide an exclusive full-service corporate venue, complete with world class culinary offerings, elegant guest rooms and cabins, and the stunning Glacier National Park (GNP) as a perfect playground for adventure activities.
Built in 1996 from locally-sourced milled birch and larch timbers, our contemporary-designed, rustic, and elegant post and beam lodge becomes the host of your private celebration.
Your team can take over the property and enjoy your very own alpine lodge, guaranteed to be exclusively yours for your 2-day event. Our property is suited for groups of 40 guests or fewer. We have 22 double queen rooms and two private cabins.
Heather Mountain Lodge is the perfect location for a company retreat, a small incentive program, a weekend meeting program, or a small conference. We can organize hiking or mountaineering experiences in GNP, rafting on the Kicking Horse River, a trip up the gondola at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, or a visit to the Golden Skybridge. And that is just the start of the adventure opportunities.

Stayed here for our Royal LePage Shelter Foundation Trek and had the best experience. Staff were friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Food was phenomenal, 5⭐️ rating. If your a chocolate fan they have a dessert for you. Clean rooms and really great soap that they provide. Highly recommend this place, and look forward to doing some heliskiing here one day.

When you rent the venue for your event, you secure exclusive use of the entire property for 2 days, access to all on-property amenities, including our wood-fired sauna, hot tub, lounge, and bar, and our professional and experienced team to serve meals and beverages.
You may choose from our sample buffet and plated dinner selections, or design a custom menu for your reception. Our two-day corporate buyout program includes the option of a first night, get together BBQ dinner, a cocktail hour on the patio with hors d’oeuvres, or a welcome reception in the meadow, including icebreaker games and an outside bar on the lower level.
