Getting Here!

 

Driving from Calgary/Golden:

Driving from Calgary International Airport, head North on Deerfoot Trail (Highway 2), then exit onto Stoney Trail North West (Highway 201). Drive all the way to the Trans Canada Highway (#1 HWY-16th Avenue). Head West on Highway – this is the highway you’ll take all the way to the lodge. You’ll pass through Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise, Golden.  Just before you reach Golden you’ll travel through 15 kilometers of Kicking Horse Canyon. Please use caution in this area. Heather Mountain Lodge is 55 kilometers or 40 minutes West of Golden.  You’ll find us on the right (North) side of Highway 1, marked by a lighted sign at the turnoff, as well as a few small signs noting Heather Mountain Lodge and Great Canadian Heli-Skiing prior. Once you turn off the highway, the lodge is to your left about 100 metres. The entire trip should take approximately 3.5 hours.

Driving from Revelstoke:

Heather Mountain Lodge is 92 kilometers or 60 minutes East of Revelstoke, just off Highway 1.  We’re on the left (North) side of the highway marked by a lighted sign at the turnoff, as well as a few small signs noting Heather Mountain Lodge and Great Canadian Heli-Skiing prior.  Once you turn off the highway, the lodge is to your left about 100 meters.
